No. There are no setup fees or hidden charges with any of our pricing plans. For applications that exceed their bucket of included Monthly Active Users (MAU), we install additional pricing to compensate for the additional server load.

Can I integrate my app with my ticketing or cashless provider?

Yes. Our platform can easily be integrated to your existing tooling and infrastructure like news on your website, timetable data from planning software, ticketing data, cashless, Single Sign-On (SSO), … Best to get in touch with our sales and get a tailored proposal for this.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes. You can always upgrade your plan and add that extra layer of intelligence and experience. Downgrading is only possible once a year – best done after an edition of your event.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Although our contract has an auto-renewal clause built-in, we firmly believe that unhappy clients can leave after each edition or once a year, without a cost. This is the best way of keeping our team sharp.
